DISCUSSION, QUESTIONS and ANSWERS

            Owners Candy Clerkin and Charles Bradford asked about the group discount program many of the owners took part in last year with Casey’s Plumbing and Backflow Co. Alex Angeli and manager Carl Romano explained why it was something that the Association should not be involved with even though it was recognized that it did help save some of the residents who participated some money. Floyd Winters offered the Glenn Lakes web-site as a resource to be used to help co-ordinate the residents to organize another group discount.

            Other topics that were discussed included;

1)      The removal by owners of the “Boulevard Oak Trees”.

2)      The effect of moss on the trees.

3)      Rental policy.

4)      Maintenance of abandoned and foreclosed properties.

5)      Erosion control work at Lake # 11.

6)      Parking and towing issues.

7)      Possible road paving and or maintenance by the county Government.

Owner Ron Pepka thanked the Board of Directors and Sentry Management for the good job they have done in the past year.

ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 P.M.

Respectfully submitted,

Carl Romano
