GLENN LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ANNUAL MEETING & ELECTION OF OFFICERS March 2, 2010 MINUTES (Draft)

The assembly was called to order at 6:45PM.
PROOF OF NOTICE: The meeting notice was mailed to all owners of record in accordance with Florida Law and signs were posted on the property noticing the time and date of the meeting.
BOARD MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE: Alex Angeli, Frank Abrams, Richard Suszek, Bob Trense, Kyra Hatke
FOR SENTRY MANAGEMENT: Carl Romano
OWNERS IN ATTENDANCE: There were a total of 50 owners present or by proxy.
QUORUM: The quorum requirement for a members meeting is 1/3 of the 329 units in the Association. Therefore, 110 owners must be present either in person or by proxy. Carl Romano announced that the quorum requirement was not met and therefore the Annual Meeting could not be held, nor was the election of the Directors held.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS: The Board of Directors remains the same.
DISCUSSION TOPICS: 1. Letter in mail to all homeowners to explain the tennis court rules enforcement which includes the new card that must be carried to the court. Any homeowner can challenge a tennis player, asking to see his/her card. 2. Algae in lakes. 3. Illegal parking of vehicles on tennis court parking lot. 4. Landscape issues related to the 51st St. pipeline from the county. 5. Paint on wall on 53rd Ave. discoloring. 6. Homeowners who live elsewhere and don’t maintain their property. 7. Painting of the block pillars on 43rd St. 8. Irrigation vandalism 9. Thefts and home invasions in our community, especially on 44th St and near there. 10. Homeowners who are in arrears on fees, liens, foreclosures.
Homeowners and the Board of Directors finished the discussion and left at 7:45PM.
